How To Take Bearings Out Of A Metalcore Wheel

New animated film. Washington, DC. Pank # 5.

Images from a new animated short film I'm working on the novel of Us Michael Kimball .

Thursday, 3 February I spoke at a roundtable discussion on the relationship between comics and writing, entitled Understanding Comics as Creative Writing, in the annual conference of AWP (Association of creative writing programs in American universities). Through images of my work, I showed that to me is the deeper connection between narrative and visual arts. With me
intervened John Dermot Woods , Matt Madden and Gary Sullivan. Excellent attendance. So many questions at the end.

I received my copy of Pank # 5, so I made the cover and a story in pictures. Pank # 5 contains Deb Olin Unferth's stories, Jamie Iredell, JA Tyler, Troy Urquhart, Laura McCullough, XTX, Kyle Minor and many others. You can buy a copy

After Waxing I Got Itching What To Do

made syrup

I spent the last three days of 2010 in front of the camera McNair Evans , drawing, painting, paper cutting, talking and doing whatever Mcnair asked me to do, including starmene property in a garden for two hours while around me the snow was colored in red-blood with a mixture of syrup and dye fabrics.

It was an intense experience. Much more than just the interview that I expected. McNair gave his interpretation of my work with surreal sequences filmed in stop-motion. The material I have seen is incredible. I look forward to the film is finished. Thanks again to
McNair Evans and Ruth Ingram for their tireless work, and The Black Harbor.

Here are a couple of shots directly from the chamber McNair:
